School Policies

·       Children’s behavior is managed effectively and in a manner appropriate for their stage of development and particular individual needs.

·       The Gems Academy (TGA) ensure adults looking after children, or having unsupervised access to do so. Adults looking after children have appropriate qualifications

·       Suitable premises, environment and equipment Outdoor (Park) and indoor spaces, furniture, equipment and toys are safe and suitable for their purpose.

·       The Gems Academy (TGA) plans and organizes our systems to ensure that every child receives an enjoyable and challenging learning and development experience that is tailored to meet their individual needs.

·       The Gems Academy (TGA) maintains records, policies and procedures required for the safe and efficient management of the setting and to meet the needs of children.

 

Parent Teachers’ Meeting:

·       Twice a year parents have the opportunity to meet with their child’s teacher to discuss their child’s progress. However, parents or teachers may request a conference at any time.

 

FIELD TRIPS:

During the year, field trips are scheduled to museums, zoo, food factories and other places of interest on additional charges.

 

FOOD:

Children of Primary and Secondary School bring their own lunch. Celebration of Birthday any student/ staff member is not allowed in the school premises in school timings.

 

PARENTS’ AWARENESS:

The Gems Academy (TGA) organizes sessions and workshops for the parents to create awareness of the educational system being followed at the school. Parents are also allowed to invite their friends and relatives who may be interested, with a prior intimation to the school administration.

 

Rules & Regulation

1. Wear proper and tidy uniform

2. No outsider or visitor is allowed with any student.

3. Be well mannered and respectful to everybody inside and outside the institution.

4. Keep the environment clean and not wander around.

5. All student must obey their teachers.

6. Attend the assembly regularly and take active part in all assembly activities.

7. All student must carry and display their ID cards all the time.

8. Student having less than 75% attendance shall not be allowed to sit in college/Board examination.

9. A written application by parents must be submitted in case of absence.

10. Student failing to submit the application will be considered absent.

11. Half day leave should be taken in advance by the parent/ guardian with genuine reason. Student will not be allowed for half day leave without parent/guardian request.

12. Monthly fee must be paid till 10th of every month. After 10th of each month fine could be impose for Rs. 50/- for first week and then add Rs. 20/ day for any additional day(s),

13. Any student failing to pay fee for consecutive 2 months will not be allowed to attend the classes.

14. Student have to clear all internal examinations and dues (fee) for issuance of Board Admit card.

15. Student must look after their belongings. The Gems Academy is not responsible for any theft or loss.

16. Student shall protect The Gems Academy’s property.

17. Student are not allowed to bring any photograps, magazines, mobiles, jewellery, makeup items, music item and any illegal item.

18. Unhealty food is strictly banned.
